We hope that you are happy with your purchase – your satisfaction is important to us and we appreciate your business. But as we are a small business, we ask that you understand our return/refund policy and respect it. Our policies also protect you, the buyer, as we strive to maintain high quality standards for our jewelry.

For hygienic reasons, Crystal Glass Nail files may not be returned or exchanged.

Should you simply require a toe ring of a different size, a sizing exchange will be granted for an additional $3.00 shipping charge. The exchange will be shipped to you once the original ring, in original, unworn, and brand new condition, is received at the Barefoot Bling offices, and the additional shipping fee is paid. Returns/Exchanges will be honored only if received at the Barefoot Bling offices within 10 calendar days of initial order, no exceptions. After 10 calendar days, purchases are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or store credit. Initial shipping charges are not refunded.

We will not exchange or refund items with any signs of damage, wear, scratches or residue, and we reserve the right to refuse a return/exchange if we determine the item has been worn or is in any way damaged.

Contacting us at customerservice@barefootbling.com is mandatory prior to all returns/exchanges. All returns/exchanges require a Return Authorization Number, (RAN) and this number is only available by emailing us at the above email address. RAN must be printed on the exterior of the package. Packages that arrive at our offices without a RAN will be refused. With your package, please include a copy of your invoice, or a note with your contact information. Customer pays return shipment postage on all returns and exchanges. For your protection, we recommend insuring the package, obtaining a tracking confirmation method, and wrapping it securely in protective padding. Additionally, returns sent in letter or card envelopes, will be refused and returned unopened and are ineligible for return/exchange due to the risk of damage to the jewelry from this manner of shipping. We are not responsible if a return is lost in shipment, or an empty envelope or damaged jewelry arrives in our offices, and will not process an exchange/refund in these circumstances.

Please note that if you received Free Shipping on an order of $40 or more, and you return the items for a refund, that transaction no longer qualifies as a purchase and a $4.75 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund. If your order qualified you for a Multi-sizer as a gift with purchase and you return items for refund, but do not return the Multi-sizer toe ring sizer, we will deduct the cost of the Multi-sizer from your refund ($2.25.) Those wishing simply to exchange an item do not have to return Multi-sizer. If you need a ring of a different size and would like help determining a better fit, please feel free to contact us. We are happy to help!

Sterling Silver and 14k Gold Toe Rings are guaranteed against breakage for 30 days from date of purchase, under conditions of normal wear. Tarnish, scratches, dents, and having rings cut off your toe are not considered breakage. For toe rings with CZs or crystals, the following guarantee applies: if you lose a crystal/stone within 30 days of initial purchase date, we will repair/replace it for you upon receipt of ring and copy of invoice. Anklets and Illusion/stretch band and artisan toe rings are not covered by guarantees. All sales are final on sale or clearance items.
